Confidence Framework v1 (Anchored / Plausible / Quarantined)

Three-tier evidentiary classification system used in cycles 1-30 and stories 7-9. Anchored = directly supported by primary or strong scholarly evidence. Plausible = supported but incomplete. Quarantined = legendary, fabricated, or methodologically suspect material kept visible to make negative findings auditable. Superseded by v2 at the April 27, 2026 publication boundary.
