LEAP coffee rejuvenation (2020s)

Leveraging and Expanding Agri-Aqua Production in Bangsamoro project, funded by the European Union and implemented with People in Need and local cooperatives. Targets ~20 barangays for coffee rejuvenation following the 2023 declaration of Sulu as free from significant Abu Sayyaf presence. Trains 3,000+ farmers (substantial proportion women) in 'picking red' (selective ripe-berry harvest), post-harvest processing, and quality control oriented toward specialty-market positioning.
