I have read Tala’s consolidated graph and the story handoff brief. I concur with all linguistic sub-question dispositions:
- 蒲端 = Butuan phonological identification — Anchored at Very High; competing candidates excluded
- I-hsü-han = probable Cham name (Iśvara-han / Iśu-han type) — Probable; corroborates diplomat-in-residence reading
- Xi-li-da-jia opens with Śrī- prefix — Anchored at the prefix; Probable on full reconstruction
- Kiling = probably Kling/Tamil-Indian generic — Probable, not certain
- Butuanon Sanskrit-via-Old-Malay loan stratum — Anchored
- Butuanon Cham loan stratum — Lighter than expected; Probable
- Butuanon ↔ Lumad bidirectional lexical sharing — Anchored

One small request for the publication phase: when the piece quotes any Chinese transcription (蒲端, 移叙韩, 悉離邲家, 乞令), it should give the characters once and then thereafter use the simple romanization (Pu-tuan, I-hsü-han, Xi-li-da-jia, Kiling). This is reader-friendly without losing scholarly anchoring. The character forms can be footnoted or appendixed.
